TheBarokah Affiliate Programme Terms
1. Eligibility and approval
You must use accurate information, control the account you apply with, be at least 18 years old, and receive written approval through the dashboard. Applying does not guarantee approval. Affiliate access is a feature of your existing TheBarokah account and may be suspended independently of your membership access.
2. Eligible transactions
Unless the dashboard states otherwise, the standard rate is 20% of eligible net membership revenue, for up to 12 eligible membership payments per referred customer. Commission is calculated from membership line-item revenue actually collected, after discounts and excluding tax, refunds, single-report purchases, top-ups, chargebacks and failed payments.
3. Attribution
A validated referral link stores a first-party cookie for up to 30 days. The current programme uses first-click attribution. Browser privacy settings, cookie deletion, device changes, cache configuration and blocked scripts can prevent attribution. The platform ledger is the authoritative record; support may correct a clearly documented technical error but is not required to credit untracked claims.
4. Validation, reversals and payout
Commission remains pending for 30 days and may be reviewed for refunds, duplicate attribution, abuse or payment disputes. Refunded, cancelled, failed, fraudulent and self-referred orders are reversed. If a paid commission is later reversed, its value is deducted from a future payout. Once the available balance reaches RM100.00, you may request payout from the dashboard. A request locks its included commissions and the encrypted payout destination saved at that time; later destination changes apply only to future requests. Approved requests are normally processed around day 15 of a payout month. The first payout also requires at least 1 validated sale(s), 30 days of approved status, complete payout details and manual review.
5. Promotion standards
You must clearly disclose that you may earn a commission. You must not send spam, make misleading income claims, impersonate TheBarokah, bid on TheBarokah brand terms without written consent, use deceptive redirects, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, fake accounts or incentives that obscure the true offer. Logos and supplied creatives may be used only to promote this programme and may not be altered to imply employment, agency or regulatory endorsement.
6. Software only; no financial-product referral fee
This programme pays only for subscriptions to TheBarokah software. It does not appoint you as an agent, introducer, financial adviser or representative, and it does not pay for insurance or takaful leads, advice, placement, premiums or product sales. You remain responsible for your own licensing, professional duties and marketing compliance.
7. Privacy and security
Affiliate reports show masked customer identifiers and do not disclose a referred customer's reports, client records or full contact details. Visit security signals are stored as salted hashes rather than raw IP addresses. Payout destinations are encrypted and displayed only in masked form; authorised payout exports are audit-logged. You must keep your account secure and promptly report suspected unauthorised access.
8. Taxes and records
You are responsible for invoices, tax declarations and other obligations that apply to your affiliate income. Dashboard and payout records should be retained with your own business records.
9. Suspension, termination and changes
TheBarokah may reject, suspend or terminate participation for risk, abuse, legal or operational reasons. Valid unpaid commission earned before termination remains subject to validation, reversal and set-off. Programme rates or rules may change prospectively; the dashboard and published version identify the terms that apply. Material changes require acceptance before continued participation where appropriate.
10. Questions
Use the site's contact page for programme, attribution or payout questions. Nothing in these terms overrides rights or obligations that apply under Malaysian law.
