Client 360 and Financial Cash Flow

Every plan includes a complete client workspace, not only the calculators. Here is exactly what these two features are, so you know what you are subscribing to before you pay.

A quick definition

Client 360
Client 360 is your client's central financial profile within the membership dashboard. Relevant information entered through the Financial Planning Cash Flow Report is captured and organised under the client's record, including personal and household details, occupation, income, expenses, monthly commitments, savings, assets and liabilities.
This gives you a clear snapshot of your client's current financial position without repeatedly collecting and re-entering the same information — making future financial discussions, reviews and follow-ups more efficient.
Financial Planning Cash Flow Report
The Financial Planning Cash Flow Report helps turn your client's financial data into a clearer picture of how they are managing their money today.
It analyses income, expenses, commitments, savings, assets and liabilities to help identify monthly surplus or shortfall, spending patterns, financial capacity and areas that may require attention.
Together, the Financial Planning Cash Flow Report and Client 360 give you a stronger starting point for understanding your client's financial position and planning towards their future financial goals.

Frequently Asked Questions

Understanding TheBarokah Financial AI Suite

Financial planning should begin with understanding the numbers. Here are answers to common questions about how TheBarokah.com helps advisers and clients turn financial information into clearer financial planning decisions.

Why should financial planning start with a Cash Flow Report?

Cash flow is one of the foundations of financial planning because it shows what is actually happening to a client's money every month.

The Financial Planning Cash Flow Report brings together income, household expenses, financial commitments, savings, assets and liabilities to provide a clearer picture of the client's financial position and available capacity.

Before discussing additional savings, investments, protection or long-term goals, it is important to understand whether the client's present financial structure can sustainably support them.

Good financial planning should begin with financial reality.

What is Client 360?

Client 360 is a structured financial profile created from relevant information captured through the client's Financial Planning Cash Flow Report.

Instead of repeatedly collecting the same information, key client data — such as household information, occupation, income, expenses, commitments, savings, assets and liabilities — can be organised within one client record.

This gives the adviser a clearer starting point for financial analysis, future reviews and ongoing planning conversations.

One Cash Flow Report. One Client 360. One clearer financial picture.

What is a “Financial Magic Number”?

There is no single magic number that applies to everyone.

Every important financial goal has a number behind it: how much emergency savings you may need, how much protection your family may require, how much your child's future education could cost, how much retirement capital you may need, or how large an estate-planning gap may exist.

TheBarokah Financial AI Suite helps turn these questions into measurable financial targets based on the information and assumptions used in each calculation.

Know the number. Understand the gap. Plan towards the goal.

Can TheBarokah help identify my client's financial gaps?

Yes. The Financial AI Suite is designed to help quantify specific financial needs and compare them against the client's current position.

Depending on the calculator used, this may highlight a potential funding shortfall, protection gap, retirement gap, education-funding gap or other financial-planning need.

A gap does not automatically mean that a client should purchase a product. It means there is a financial issue worth understanding and discussing.

A professional adviser can then help the client consider appropriate priorities, alternatives and next steps based on the client's circumstances.

What is the ultimate purpose of TheBarokah.com?

The purpose of TheBarokah.com is not simply to generate financial reports.

It is to make financial planning easier to understand, easier to calculate and more meaningful to everyday people.

By connecting financial information, Client 360, dedicated financial calculators and structured reports, TheBarokah aims to help advisers and their clients answer three fundamental questions:

  • Where am I financially today?
  • Where do I want to be?
  • What numbers do I need to understand to plan the journey between the two?

Calculate. Understand. Plan.

What is TheBarokah Financial AI Suite?

TheBarokah Financial AI Suite is a digital financial-planning platform designed to help advisers transform client financial information into structured calculations, reports and planning insights.

Rather than relying solely on assumptions or general discussions, advisers can use the suite to examine specific areas of a client's financial position and goals through dedicated financial calculators and reports.

The objective is simple: help clients understand where they are today, identify potential financial gaps and calculate what they may need for tomorrow.

What does a financial planner look for when analysing cash flow?

A professional financial-planning discussion goes beyond asking whether income is higher than expenses.

The adviser should consider the client's monthly surplus or shortfall, spending commitments, debt obligations, savings behaviour, liquidity, financial dependants and available capacity for future goals.

A healthy surplus may provide room to strengthen emergency savings, protection, investments or retirement planning. A persistent shortfall may indicate that existing commitments and expenditure should be reviewed before taking on additional financial obligations.

The purpose is not simply to calculate a number, but to understand what that number means for the client's financial choices.

Why are there different calculators instead of one financial calculator?

Financial planning involves several different questions, and each requires different information and assumptions.

Cash flow tells us how money moves. Net worth measures assets against liabilities. Protection analysis examines financial exposure to certain risks. Retirement planning considers future income needs. Education planning estimates future education costs. Tax calculations examine tax obligations, while estate planning considers how wealth may eventually be managed and distributed.

Separating these calculations allows clients and advisers to focus on the financial question that matters at that particular stage of the client's journey.

Does a good cash flow mean a client is financially secure?

Not necessarily.

Positive monthly cash flow is important, but it represents only one part of financial health.

A client may have a monthly surplus while still having insufficient emergency savings, high liabilities, inadequate protection, insufficient retirement funding or an incomplete estate plan.

This is why comprehensive financial planning looks beyond income and expenses and considers the client's liquidity, assets, liabilities, risks and short-, medium- and long-term financial goals.

How should an adviser use the client's monthly surplus?

A monthly surplus should not automatically be allocated to a single financial product.

The appropriate priority depends on the client's circumstances. An adviser may first consider emergency reserves, expensive debt, essential protection requirements and near-term commitments before evaluating longer-term savings and investment goals.

The purpose of TheBarokah's analysis is to make the client's available financial capacity visible, so the subsequent planning conversation can be based on affordability and priorities rather than guesswork.

How does TheBarokah support retirement planning?

Retirement planning asks a fundamentally different question from ordinary saving:

“How much capital may I need to support the lifestyle I want when my employment income stops?”

The relevant calculator can consider factors such as current age, intended retirement age, expected expenses, existing retirement resources, inflation and assumed investment returns.

The resulting projection can help illustrate whether the client's current resources and savings trajectory may be sufficient or whether a potential retirement funding gap exists.

Because retirement projections depend heavily on assumptions, they should be reviewed periodically rather than treated as permanent figures.

How does TheBarokah help with children's education planning?

Education planning converts a future ambition into a financial target.

The calculation can consider the child's current age, expected university-entry age, today's estimated education cost, living expenses, education inflation, current education savings and ongoing contributions.

This helps parents understand not only what education costs today, but what it could potentially cost when their child reaches university age and whether their current savings strategy is on track.

How does protection fit into financial planning?

Protection is one component of a broader financial plan.

The financial-planning question is not simply, “How much Takaful or insurance does the client have?” It is:

“If an unexpected event occurs, what financial obligations would remain, what resources are already available, and what potential shortfall could affect the family?”

A protection analysis therefore considers financial needs, existing resources and current protection before identifying potential gaps.

This keeps the discussion centred on the client's financial needs rather than starting with a product.

Why should financial planning be reviewed every year?

A financial plan is a snapshot taken at a particular point in time. Life continues to change.

Income can increase or decrease. A client may marry, have children, purchase a property, take on financing, change employment, accumulate assets or approach retirement.

Inflation and the cost of important goals can also change.

An annual financial review allows the adviser and client to revisit the numbers, update assumptions, measure progress and determine whether financial priorities have changed.

Financial planning is not a one-time calculation. It is an ongoing process.

Does TheBarokah provide financial advice automatically?

TheBarokah Financial AI Suite provides financial calculations, structured reports and planning information based on the data and assumptions entered into the platform.

These outputs can support better-informed conversations, but they should not automatically be treated as personalised recommendations to purchase, sell or replace a particular financial product.

Where regulated financial, investment, tax, legal or Shariah advice is required, users should consult appropriately qualified or licensed professionals.

This distinction is important for maintaining the professional credibility of TheBarokah.com.

Can TheBarokah be used for Islamic financial planning?

Yes. TheBarokah is being designed to incorporate relevant Islamic financial-planning considerations alongside broader financial-planning principles.

This can include areas such as Takaful, Faraid, Hibah, Wasiyyah, Zakat and Islamic estate and legacy planning, where relevant to the user's needs.

However, actual estate entitlement, Faraid distribution and other legal or Shariah matters can depend on individual circumstances and applicable Malaysian laws and procedures. Appropriate professional verification should therefore be obtained where required.

Membership, billing and privacy

When does my report allowance renew?

Your allowance renews every month, including on annual billing. The usage period is shown under Plan & Usage.

Do unused reports roll over?

Yes. Eligible unused reports can roll over for one usage cycle, subject to your current plan limit.

What is an active client?

Client records that remain active count towards your capacity. Archived records do not use an active slot, and their data is not deleted.

Can I purchase additional reports?

Eligible members can purchase a top-up of 5 reports for RM25 through Plan & Usage.

What happens when my plan expires?

Your client and report data is not deleted. The workspace becomes read-only until you renew, while existing reports remain available for reference.

Is my client data private?

Certificate numbers are encrypted at rest and shown masked in the workspace, and the register deliberately avoids collecting full NRIC numbers and health histories. Every record is scoped to your own account, so another agent cannot see your clients. If your plan expires, your records become read-only and are never deleted.
